Workshop on Continuous Professional Development – Discover the leader within you.

For the second time the MBA Alumni Association University of Colombo organized a Professional Development Training Program with an objective of enhancing the leadership competencies of the young professionals in Sri Lanka both in Public and Private sector.

The main focused area was the managerial inter personal & leadership skill development under the title of Discover the Leader Within you this was a full day interactive workshop, held at Galadari Hotel on August 25, 2016.


The resource person was our own Alumni members Mahesh Jayasinghe, Interestingly 58 junior and middle level managers were participated from 18 different reputed companies, the session was designed in a style to encourage the interaction and the participation, the feedback was very encouraging.


 Irshan Jayah led the team as the project chair together with Eshani, Kumudinee, Lalith, Thusitha and Supeshala.
